Ryan Harvey

Ryan Harvey writes novels and shorts in the genres of science fiction, fantasy, and especially the shadowy zone between.

 Ryan won the Writers of the Future Contest in 2011 for his story “An Acolyte of Black Spires,” which is part of his science-fantasy series set in the continent of Ahn-Tarqa and appears in Writers of the Future Vol. XXVII. David Owen

David Owen writes mostly edgy young adult fiction, where the action is tempered by exploration into the difficulties of growing up in the modern world. He has also been published as a poet and music reviewer, and currently teaches on the creative writing program at The University of Winchester in the United Kingdom. He also keeps a blog, I Was Stupid, a frank and funny sporadic memoir about his past and his general inability to fit into society. His favorite biscuit is the Bourbon.
